clientele includes many of the area’s leading builders, contractors, and municipal organizations. We

| Mr. LeBlanc is a 1980 graduate of the University of
Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil
Engineering. He is a State of Florida Registered
Professional Engineer, a Special Inspector for threshold
buildings and a Standard Building Inspector. As one of
the owners of Specialty Engineering Consultants, he offers our clients more than 30 years of experience in
construction engineering inspections, geotechnical
analyses and materials testing services. |

Mr. Johnson is a 1988 graduate of Florida Atlantic
University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Ocean Engineering. He is a State of Florida
Engineering Intern and a Standard Building
Inspector. As one of the owners of Specialty
Engineering, he provides over 25 years of field
experience in construction engineering inspections,
materials testing services and client consulting. |
